After receiving a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering specializing in Soil and Water Resources Engineering from the University of Illinois in 2007, Mr. Byard received his M.S in Agricultural and Biological Engineering in the same specialty from the University of Illinois in 2009. He joined the Illinois State Water Survey at the University of Illinois in 2009.
