As the chief communications and marketing officer for LAS, Michelle Hadley provides strategic leadership of the college’s communications and marketing efforts, including student recruitment, advancement support, reputation building and maintenance, and strengthening the college community.
Michelle joined the college in April 2024 after serving as the senior director of marketing at Purdue University’s Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business. There she built and led a large, centralized marketing and student recruitment team and oversaw all marketing operations, helping to propel unprecedented growth in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
Previously Michelle held marketing and sales roles of progressive responsibility over 11 years at manufacturer Oerlikon Fairfield and worked in both marketing and engineering roles at Automation Engineering, BOSCH, and Summit Polymers. Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering technology and MBA, both from Purdue University.
