Research Goals

My research examines how higher education leaders use data to advance institutional impact. I study how marketing and institutional research professionals translate strategic goals into measurable indicators and transform those indicators into clear, goal-aligned impact narratives. Drawing on data visualization, UX principles, and data storytelling, I aim to develop practical frameworks that strengthen data literacy and support more strategic, mission-driven communication.

ADV 490: Advanced Advertising for eCommerce

My teaching approach equips students with the skills to develop integrated marketing strategies where data analytics inform creative decisions across all customer touchpoints. Through a blend of theory and hands-on application, I foster an environment where students master the full marketing ecosystem—from business intelligence to creative execution—preparing them to orchestrate cohesive brand experiences in today's complex digital landscape.
