Trudi Butler is responsible for the basic inventory and analysis of all materials brought into the Macomb Field Station lab. This includes lithic, ceramic, floral/faunal, and historic material. She also takes an interest in teaching others the analytical process, i.e. material analysis, record keeping, spreadsheet construction/data entry, and ceramic reconstruction. Her main research interests revolve around ceramic analysis and reconstruction, and the techniques and methods in which the pottery was created and decorated.
